At EIQA, our staff, auditors, assessors and customers are our highest priority.
2022 now presents us with the ongoing challenges of the virus and the associated variants to individuals and businesses.
We are working through these challenges and have risk assessed, developed and implemented a number of options in order to safely complete assessments, audits and training.
It is vital that all business’s continue to challenge, update and review their Quality Management and Food Safety Management Systems in place in order to confirm and offer confidence that they are operating at the highest and strongest level of control possible.
It is also vital that the impact and importance of training is not lost, as this is a key control and defence for your business. From the latest information published by FSAI it is noted that a number of recurring food safety issues were identified, evidence of pest activity and infestation, poor knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene rules, inadequate facilities for cleaning and inadequate temperature control in the storage and preparation of food.
All businesses must have a strong Quality Culture and Food Safety Culture.
Common commitment
At EIQA, we are optimistic and hopeful that with everyone’s commitment and responsibility by complying to the guidelines outlined by our government, the HSE and other relevant institutions, very soon this current challenge will be nothing more than a memory. We believe the best therapy during this time is to think about all the good things that are yet to come and await us when this is over.
Our Office
We have moved the office location. The new address is 12 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 D04 K064. We continue to work remotely to contribute to the fight against the coronavirus spread. our auditing services are fully operational and we are also taking bookings for new assessments. The Hygiene & Food Safety audits are unannounced and we have built in additional supports to minimise the amount of time the auditor has to spend on the customers premises. EIQA continue to provide the highest level of quality standards and services.
