This two day programme is specifically aimed at internal auditors who are responsible for auditing the Food Safety Management System in their organisation. As with the EIQA Internal Auditor training programme,  the auditing skills required at each stage of the internal audit process are developed through both theory and practical exercises. The focus however is on food safety risks and auditing compliance with the systems used to manage these risks within the food safety management system. This programme is certified by EIQA and certification is provided to all those who successfully complete the programme. The programme is available as a public programme or in company.
